Good advisory work has a shape: it lifts a team up, and it cuts through noise to find the answer that matters. A mountain's edge does both — steep progress on one side, clear view from the top.

Christopher brings nearly a decade of senior-level experience leading complex technology and operations work inside large enterprises — most recently as a security engineering team lead at a major automotive manufacturer, overseeing 10,000+ systems across eleven North American subsidiaries. Along the way he's managed multi-million-dollar initiatives, replaced legacy reporting with executive-ready dashboards, and been the calm voice in the room when something was on fire at 2 AM.
What clients hire him for isn't a particular tool or stack — it's the thinking. Every engagement starts the same way: a clear-eyed look at what's actually happening, the right questions asked of the right people, and a plan that respects both the budget and the realities of the team.
